How We Work
We are a team of professional mediators who work in partnership with organisations to design conflict resolution interventions appropriate to their particular needs. Our alternative dispute resolution services are very effective and can save employers from facing a messy disciplinary or grievance process or indeed the possible threat of an Employment Tribunal.
We will work individually or as a team according to the needs of the situation, and promise to be fast and flexible in providing expert support.

Just Solutions
As specialists in Workplace Mediation we know how important it is to respond quickly when disputes arise between colleagues at work. Often these are sparked off unintentionally, but can easily become destructive to both individuals and their teams if not tackled expertly and sensitively. We offer a professional and completely confidential service which benefits from being external to the organisation and is seen by staff to be completely unbiased and objective. We also provide a variety of in- house training courses to ensure that Line Managers and others are equipped with the skills they need both to prevent disputes or, if they should arise, to tackle them effectively in their early stages.

is an Accredited Mediator with the School of Psychotherapy and Counselling, Regents College, London and a Chartered Corporate Member of the Institute of Personnel and development.
Sue Wellum
has been an Accredited Mediator since 2001 completing her training with Conflict Management Plus. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and development and has a background in H R Management.
